Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Here's how to proceed:

Return Authorization: To initiate a return, you must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 90 days of your purchase. Simply reach out to us at support to request your RMA.

Returning Your Product: After receiving your RMA, you must return the product to the address we provide within 14 days. You’ll need to pay for shipping, and the RMA number must be included with the returned item. Be sure to email us your RMA and tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Condition of the Product: The product must be in good physical condition—unbroken and undamaged. All original accessories must also be returned.

Non-returnable Items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please note that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. This applies to:

Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (due to reasons not related to our error)
Items returned after 90 days
Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain period.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted. You can also reach out to your bank for processing details. If you've done both and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support, and we’ll guide you on the return process. Please note exchanges must occur within 90 days from delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
